How to make your blog look great!

I thought I would post this since many people on my twitter for my other blog have been asking the following. How do you make your blog look like that? Well I just go to design and I select my template and then I either do what it comes with or a background picture they have, Then I go to fonts and change the fonts and colors for the blog title, description, etc. So that is really all I do then I hit Save changes and Then view blog and it is ready. ;)
